The analysis and downscaling of different scenarios proposed worldwide (IPCC4 and IPCC5) for basins of interest, obtaining meteorological simulations of precipitation and temperature for future period time in years. The construction and use of hydrological models for impact assessment in different productive sectors of the country: mining, hydroelectricity, agriculture and among others. The elaboration of adaptation plans and action plans for climate change. According to IPCC definitions (AR5), we analysis the vulnerability and risk to climate change.
